Dated bathrooms could use a refresh for comfort!!! Noise disturbances from outside made it difficult to sleep well!!! A bit more attention to detail in room maintenance would really elevate the experience!!!

We stayed here for one night after a long walk. The food was delicious, especially the vegetable curry, and the bunk house was cozy. The location is perfect for walking the Hadrian's Wall path.

Friendly staff provided a lovely welcome box for our dog. The dining experience was excellent, with high-quality meals. Our large quadruple room was comfortable, and the view was beautiful. Ideal location for Hadrian's Wall cycling. We appreciated the secure bike storage. 🐾

Had a great time with friends exploring Hadrian's Wall and cycling around. The hotel had fantastic bike storage, and the rooms were clean and comfy. We loved the evening meal—so delicious and well-prepared! Just be aware, breakfast choices could use some improvement.

The Quadruple Room was spacious and comfy. The decor felt fresh and inviting. Beds were really soft, which helped after a long day! Extra plugs were handy for charging devices, but we ran out of hot water in the morning, which was a bit of a letdown. a cozy and pleasant room.

The stay at Greenhead was very pleasant. The rooms were beautifully appointed with stylish decor, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure all my business needs were met efficiently. The business center was well-equipped, enabling me to quickly print necessary documents. the dining experience was commendable, with a particularly flavorful steak for dinner and a delightful breakfast spread that included freshly baked pastries and a selection of organic juices.

The Wi-Fi was unreliable in my room.
